Every summer has its own story.

From lively festivals and outdoor concerts to exhilarating hikes and unique local events, Flagstaff offers must-try family-friendly experiences that capture the essence of the season. Take in eclectic art pieces over 4th of July weekend at the annual Art in the Park festival. Every Wednesday night in June and July, enjoy free, family-friendly, live music from local musicians in Flagstaff's beautiful parks. Don't forget to bring your blankets, chairs, and dancing feet! Then repurpose those blankets and chairs at Heritage Square in downtown Flagstaff at Movies on the Square, with a different family-friendly movie every Saturday starting May 26th and will continue through August 30th. There will be live music and activities starting at 4pm, followed by the movie at dusk.

And SO much more!

Dive into our curated list of recommendations and make the most of your Flagstaff visit, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
