Park Flag What You Need To Know

Customers can purchase parking at any one of the 101 kiosks located in the pay-to-park area, via the online portal or by using the Whoosh! mobile app (app use will incur a convenience fee of 35 cents per transaction). Customers also have the option of paying for parking at the Customer Service Counter at City Hall. The kiosk on the steps of City Hall and the Customer Service Counter will accept cash. Pay-to-park fees are $1 per hour with no time limit. All options require the customer to use their license plate number. Once a customer has paid for parking, they may move their car anywhere within the pay-to-park area without paying again during their purchased time-period.

The pay-to park schedule is Monday-Wednesday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday–Friday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
