Flagstaff Shakespeare Festival

"The Seagull" written on a blue background with 3 birds flying

The Seagull (presented by Ronin Theatre Company)

August 14 - August 15, 2026

Ronin Theatre Company returns to Flagstaff, bringing Chekhov’s masterpiece The Seagull to the intimate stage of Beaver Street Theatre. Dreams, jealousy, and unrequited love collide as artists and lovers wrestle with what it means to create—and to live—for something beyond themselves.

Performed up close, every glance, silence, and spark of humor resonates, creating a performance that feels both timeless and startlingly present.

Witness a story of longing, laughter, and heartbreak unfold.
