Fall in love with Flagstaff

Fall is one of the best times to visit Flagstaff, Arizona. With cooler temperatures, colorful fall leaves, and events happening throughout town, there’s plenty for families to enjoy.

While you’re in Flagstaff experiencing all that fall has to offer, be sure to add a visit to Northern Arizona University (NAU) to your plans.

NAU’s campus is especially beautiful this time of year. Families can stroll around campus, take in the scenery, and get a feel for life at NAU. If you have a student who is interested in attending college, be sure to schedule a campus tour to explore classrooms, residence halls, dining options, and more.

A visit to NAU doesn’t have to stop at a campus tour. During football season, families can catch an NAU football game and experience the excitement of cheering on the Lumberjacks. Families can also enjoy performances and concerts hosted by NAU, including the Momentum Halloween Show: The Book of Shadows and the NAU Symphony: Beethoven 200!

There are plenty of ways to experience the fall season around Flagstaff, too! Families can visit the Flagstaff Farmers Market to browse local food and goods or enjoy the festive Pumpkin Walk for a fun seasonal outing.

Whether you and your student are already planning on coming to NAU for a campus tour or you are visiting Flagstaff for the first time, make time to experience all that Flagstaff and NAU have to offer.
