L.I.F.E. (Lasting Indigenous Family Enrichment) is inviting you to join Run 4 Renewal, a 6-week guided walking and running program designed to help you build endurance for a 5K at your own pace. Whether you’re looking for a fresh start or a way to connect with your community, this program is built for you.
