The Moon Kin Collective is a twice-monthly moon ritual series that gathers every other Monday closest to the New & Full moon. Each moon ritual features guided meditation and movement, intention setting and reflection, and group discussion.
In a culture that moves quickly, moon ritual invites us to slow down, honor cycles of growth and release, and remember our place in the larger rhythms of the natural world. Moon Kin Collective events are thematically guided by nature and the seasonal changes happening around us. Offered in 3-month-long series, these 2-hour gatherings provide an opportunity to step out of the expectations and goals of the mainstream and turn inward to ask the bigger questions in life, and to look within ourselves for the answers. The Moon Kin Collective welcomes humans of all ages and stages of adult life (18+) and embrace the diverse perspectives of folks across generations. We encourage the participation of anyone who feels called to attend ritual regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender or cultural background. We ask participants to practice courage, compassion, and curiosity so that we can create an intentional space by being mindful of our edges, our privilege, and awareness around internalized bias that we all carry.
