How to solve our anger problem. This series will focus on the Four Noble Truths taught by Buddha. By contemplating and meditating on these instructions, we will have the inner tools to let go of all of our negative and mistaken ways of thinking that give rise to all our day-to-day problems. This will encourage us to put effort into developing our mind to its full potential. Everyone welcome, no experience needed. Each session has a teaching and guided meditation suitable for all levels. Anger is painful, here is a way to reduce it.
