Share

August 15, 2026

The Wild Flagstaff Music Festival returns to downtown on Saturday, August 15th, transforming the historic Weatherford Hotel into a vibrant hub of global sound, movement, and community from 11 AM to 11 PM. This free, all-day celebration—presented by Wild Steps and The Literacy Center—invites audiences of all ages into an immersive multicultural experience featuring interactive concerts, hands-on workshops, circle singing, jamming, and dance traditions from around the world.

With two stages of nonstop music, from Celtic and bluegrass to Middle Eastern ensembles, Afro-Brazilian movement, steel drums, Western folk blues, and participatory vocal improv, the festival emphasizes inclusivity, connection, and the joy of shared creativity. Attendees can bring instruments, jump into workshops, or simply soak in the city’s most culturally rich event of the season, supported by the Arizona Commission on the Arts and Creative Flagstaff. Admission is free, with a suggested donation benefiting community programs.

When: Saturday, August 15, 2026
Time: 11am-11pm
Where: The Weatherford Hotel
Address: 23 N Leroux St, Flagstaff, AZ
Cost: Free Admission
