Heritage Festival - July 2-3

Share

July 2-3, 2022

An outdoor ceremony featuring Native American dancers in multicolored outfits in a circle around a rocky, grassy area.

More than a market, the Heritage Festival is an unparalleled opportunity to experience the diverse Indigenous cultures of the Colorado Plateau region. Returning bigger and better, the 2022 Heritage Festival will include artists from the Acoma, Apache, Diné (Navajo), Havasupai, Hualapai, Hopi, Pai, Ute, Yavapai, and Zuni communities.

In one weekend visitors can taste Hopi Piki bread, play Zuni games, enjoy traditional dances and music, and gain insights during talks by cultural experts. With on-going demonstrations and kids activities, this is a fun-filled weekend for the entire family.

Daily Admission: $25 adult; $10 Native American (with tribal ID); $15 MNA members. Free for children 9 & under.

When: July 2-3, 2022
Time: Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-4pm
Where: Museum of Northern Arizona
Address: 3101 N. Fort Valley Road, Flagstaff, AZ, 86001
