Lumberyard Brewing Company

All Week February 17th - 27th

Beer and Whiskey Flights:
$12 Expertly paired 3 Beers with 3 whiskeys for you to enjoy how they complement and contrast each other. Beer and whiskey are both made by starting with different malts to create different flavors. How it is treated afterward makes the difference. While beer includes hops, and is fermented, Whiskey is distilled. Each creates different flavors and different alcohol contents. With both beer and whiskey born from the same barleys and malts, they end up pairing up with each other and play off different flavors. How should you drink it? Take a sip of beer, then a sip of whiskey and see how they change each other. Then, take a sip of whiskey first, followed by a sip of beer. You can see how each either changes the other, or complements one another.

Tuesday February 23rd
