Spend an engaging evening with our curators and a featured artist as they share stories and insights ahead of the closing of the "Collecting in a Changing World" exhibition at the Museum of Northern Arizona.
This relaxed, in-gallery gathering is your chance to explore recent MNA acquisitions up close and ask questions about everything from fine art and katsina dolls to pottery, natural specimens, and popular-culture objects. This is a wonderful opportunity to view and learn about these acquisitions before the exhibit closes January 4. Meet us in the Museum's Lockett Gallery from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Tayron Polequaptewa, Hopi katsina doll carver Kelley Hays-Gilpin, Curator of Anthropology Tony Thibodeau, Director of Research and Collections Signe Valentinsson, Collections Manager Kristan Hutchison, Exhibitions and Publications Manager The gallery program is included with Museum admission—which is pay-what-you-wish for Twilight Thursday.
