Grand Canyon Deer Farm
This untraditional zoo offers a rare opportunity to walk among and feed a herd of 80+ deer. Additionally, we have over 20 animal species. The deer farm has been providing this experience for animal lovers since 1969.
The Grand Canyon Deer Farm also offers add-on experiences for our guests (call ahead to book).
1. Interaction pass. Each animal interaction pass is a fun and educational 15-minute experience where guests have the opportunity to interact with some of our animals in an up-close and personal setting. Guests can choose to meet the miniature horses, pigs, wallabies, or porcupines.
2. Zookeeper Program. In this hour-long zookeeper led walkthrough, guests will be taken behind the scenes on an educational based interactive experience with a variety of animals.
3. Reindeer tours. This immersive educational program will connect you to the natural world. You'll be taught about the history and adaptations of these amazing animals.
