Dark Sky Brewing is prepped and ready for Arizona Beer Week! We’re excited to announce two collaborations this year:
Wiley Roots and DSB have paired up for the fourth rendition of "Shake Shack," a milkshake IPA brewed with lactose and vanilla, and this year’s version is Mango Whip with notes of mango and coconut!
Our second collaboration is a triple west coast IPA with Flying Basset Brewing Company in Gilbert, Arizona (our first collaboration with this brewery). Get ready for bright hop flavors and a crisp, clear finish.
Along with our collaborations, we have (5) new barrel releases and (7) new cellar sour releases!
Barleywines: We have two delicious barleywines ready for their debut, one aged in Law’s Whiskey Secale Rye whiskey barrels and another aged in Peach Street Peach Brandy barrels!
Imperial stout: We also have an imperial stout to keep on theme, aged in Law’s Rye whiskey barrels and conditioned on cocoa nibs, coconut, and amburana wood.
Sours: For our sours, we will have 5-7 different sours from the cellar aging in cans and glass bottles ~ Keep an eye out for "State of Mind," "Corrosion of Conformity," "Still Winter," and multiple renditions of "An Awesome Wave"!
Curated Flight Boards
The taproom at Dark Sky Brewing Company will be offering curated flight boards with our barrel and cellar releases! We are also going to be doing a tap takeover at Hops on Birch, so stay tuned for more info!
